This Privacy Policy explains how Find Live Entertainment ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information through the Find Live Entertainment mobile app (the "App"), and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — email address, password (stored hashed), username, and your account type (patron, host, or venue). Hosts and venues may provide a business or legal name and an EIN.
• Profile content — biography, profile and event photos you upload, and event details you create.
• Location data — an approximate or precise location you provide or grant via your device, used to show nearby events. You can change or remove this at any time.
• Activity — events you favorite, mark as attending, accounts you follow, reviews, and notification preferences.
• Device data — basic technical data needed to operate the App.

How we use information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To show relevant nearby events and personalize discovery.
• To send transactional emails (verification codes) and in-app notifications you have enabled.
• To process subscriptions and verify entitlements.
• To maintain safety, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Safety controls

You can report an event or profile from the App and block another user. Reports are stored for moderation, and blocking removes follow relationships and hides the blocked user's profiles and event listings from you.

Service providers we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with providers who process it on our behalf:

• Convex — backend database and hosting.
• Google Maps Platform — geocoding, places search, and maps.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase and subscription billing.
• RevenueCat & Stripe — subscription management and payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of verification emails.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, content, and activity data as described in our deletion process. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information at any time from within the App (Profile → settings), or by requesting deletion here. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

Age requirement

The App is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "last updated" date above.
