These Terms govern your use of the Find Live Entertainment mobile app (the "App"), operated by Find Live Entertainment. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
You retain ownership of content you submit (events, photos, reviews). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the App for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, and that it is lawful and not misleading.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold as auto-renewable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to your store account.
The App and event listings are provided "as is". Events are created by third-party hosts and venues; we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or safety of any listed event. Attend at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Live Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
